Refund policy

Because every Basement Yeti item is made to order just for you, we handle returns a little differently than a typical warehouse store.

 

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right. Email hello@basementyeti.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a refund.

 

Sizing and change of mind. Because products are printed on demand, we generally can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering, and if something's off, reach out and we'll do our best to help.

 

Order changes and cancellations. Need to change or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. Once an item enters production we may not be able to modify it.

 

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days to appear.

 

Lost in transit. If tracking shows your order as lost, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
