Shipping policy

Everything at Basement Yeti is made to order and printed on demand through our print partner, then shipped to you.

 

Production time. Most items are made in 2 to 7 business days before they ship. Because each piece is produced just for you, this is separate from shipping time.

 

Shipping time. Once produced, orders ship within the estimated window shown at checkout. U.S. orders generally arrive within a few business days of shipping; international times vary by destination.

 

Shipping rates. Calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

 

Where we ship. Across the United States and to many international destinations. Available options are shown at checkout.

 

Tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

 

Customs and duties (international). International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your country. These aren't included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.

 

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require reshipping at additional cost.
