Products and orders. Products are made to order and printed on demand. We aim to display colors and designs accurately, but slight variations can occur due to print processes and screens. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or an order appears fraudulent). If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you.

 

Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and may change without notice. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for your order total, including shipping and applicable taxes.

Intellectual property. All designs, artwork, logos, and content are owned by Basement Yeti LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

 

Acceptable use. Don't use the Store for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

 

Disclaimers and limitation of liability. The Store and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Basement Yeti LLC isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Store or products. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

 

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

 

Changes. We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted here.
